Trace UTM provides tools to build UTM parameters and view campaign analytics by integrating with the user’s Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account.
3. User Responsibilities and Accounts
- Authorization: By connecting your Google Analytics account to Trace UTM, you confirm that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to view and share that property’s data.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the Google account you use to access Trace UTM. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Trace UTM for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to reverse-engineer our software.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of the Trace UTM platform are owned by Trace UTM and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Third-Party Services
Trace UTM utilizes Google APIs to function. Your use of the Google Analytics integration is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service. Trace UTM is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trace UTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your consent to the changes.
